Sustainability Relevant Programs
Sustainability relevant programs deal with aspects of sustainability without making the interactions between environment and society explicit. They are areas of study that students can build on to make that larger sustainability connection. For example, programs like Art & Art History or Classics help students build cultural knowledge and perspectives that are relevant to sustainability. Students in these programs can then look to sustainability related and focused programs to help them connect what they are learning to the broader concept of sustainability. |
